HA! An 8 year new system went rogue. Simply a small "whoops" during construction led by a wonderful GC working to effect the best. But not the fault of the perfect install that Elite did. To the point of exceeding City inspectors.

Elite Air Conditioning and Plumbing investigated my HVAC issues completely. Absolutely found the "flaw." Gary , Leonard and all the crew wizards worked to find the elegant- and fairly inexpensive- solution. I have gratitude for all who did this. Hey- my home's climate is great now. And it didn't change the appeal of my home!

Here's where Elite AC/Plumbing shines: they investigate and then give you a QUOTE. Not the silly "estimates" you get from lesser companies. Pros know, and I actually paid for the exact amount the pros at Elite quoted.

Homeowners? Don't walk but RUN to Elite Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Please consider their annual service contract. Small dollars and you will ALWAYS be remembered. Come rain or shine or freeze or extreme heat.

Last but not least: Kyle-You and your co-ownership at Elite helped me calm my panic. And here's the fun thing: I did have a couple of the "other guys" in for "estimates". HA! As soon as they saw that I was your customer they declined to bid. Why? Because Elite Air Conditioning and Plumbing is unmatched. Even the "big" competitors know it!

Wil and Austin were the technicians that installed my water filtration system. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were efficient, fast, and extended great customer care. Jay came over to help with plumbing. Such a wonderful, knowledgeable, kind, smart man. We really enjoyed having Jay work at our house. If he lived in the area, we’d be friends for sure. He’s just great. Reliable, sweet and again, so dang smart. We will hire him time and again. Stand up guy doing really hard work.

I had a great experience with Elite Plumbing. Jay came out to resolve an issue for me. He patiently explained what was going on and recommended a course of action with options. I didn’t feel pressured and felt I could trust him. He was respectful and capable. He worked diligently to resolve my issue and kept me in the loop through the process. Glad to have found Jay and Elite to care for my home.

Tyler rocks. He gets the job done and doesn't give up until he finds the problem. Positive attitude and always respectful. It's inspiring to see a young person going into this trade and taking it seriously. We need more people like him! Way to go Elite.

Had Martin and Eugene come to fix my toilet today. They were excellent.

I also had Will come to do a follow up repair under warranty for the previous toilet repair. Very professional and great to work with. They helped me out under warranty with no fuss.

Excellent customer service and communication. Came home from travel to my upstairs unit not responding. Was able to get a technician out same day and get everything back up working perfectly.

Natasha was great in helping get everything set up, and Frank was a technician. Both very friendly and communicative with the utmost professionalism.

Frank Barbera came on a hot Saturday night to save us and my dog from having to spend the rest of the weekend in a hotel. I’ve always had great experiences with Elite from getting systems inspected when I was house shopping to regular maintenance for several years but today when I called the answering service and then Frank texted me 15 minutes later they exceeded all of my expectations. I had an issue with my HVAC unit and was scheduled for repair in a few days, the HVAC ended up going out on a Friday before a long weekend. Their schedule was full, but their manager came out personally to help with the repair. That's quality customer service! Asked Frank Barbera from Elite Heating and Air Conditioning to give second opinion on AC unit that wasn’t cooling. His estimate is much much more reasonable for my situation and I’m switching from another company to Elite for all future work!
Repairman was completed today by Frank and Glass. House is cooling again. Really appreciate their work to get this done. Also appreciate service manager, James, for finding the part and bringing me a cooling unit to keep cool until new part arrived.

Evan is the BEST! Last night, I had a real emergency. I have a rental property that has been on the market for a long time and I had a very last-minute showing for 9 o’clock this morning. I went to check out my property and it was 93°! My AC was totally out, it was Sunday night at 6 pm, and I called six companies before I found elite. Evan came within an hour and was able to fix it. It wasn’t even an easy fix. It was a very weird problem and he did it in a pitch black dark! By 1030 last night it was solved and I went there this morning 20 minutes before the realtor arrived and it was a cool 71°. Three cheers for Evan!!!! Also, So many companies have an after hours operator that never calls you back or calls you the next day, which is no help for an emergency service, but they literally called back within 10 minutes with a real technician. I will totally use elite again and again!

Installed our system 5 years ago and have been maintaining it ever since. Prompt service calls always. Most recently Frank came by on a Sunday and quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue. Great work.

I’ve used Elite for air conditioning repairs in the past and have always had a great experience. I didn’t realize they also offered plumbing services, so I called them this week to fix my grinder pump. Jay came by, did an excellent job, and had it working in no time. I’ll definitely keep using Elite for any future repairs.

Desmond has amazing customer service, he explained everything that was wrong with it and fixed it right away. Seems like he is very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. I give him a 5 star and I would definitely recommend him again. You got a good one!

I have used Elite several times, and they have always been fantastic to work with. I arrived last night around 7 pm to find my air conditioner not working (of course, on the hottest day of the year). Immediately, I contacted Elite, left a message, and received a callback from a technician within five minutes. He was very apologetic that they were booked up all night, but stayed on the phone with me to try and diagnose the problem (who does that? - he was incredibly friendly). First thing this morning, we got a call from a very nice young lady informing me they can have someone at the house in 25 minutes.

Frank was here in less than 20 minutes and immediately diagnosed the problems and went about fixing them. There were a few complications as it's an older home, but Frank was able to diagnose and fix everything. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you!
