HA! An 8 year new system went rogue. Simply a small "whoops" during construction led by a wonderful GC working to effect the best. But not the fault of the perfect install that Elite did. To the point of exceeding City inspectors.

Elite Air Conditioning and Plumbing investigated my HVAC issues completely. Absolutely found the "flaw." Gary , Leonard and all the crew wizards worked to find the elegant- and fairly inexpensive- solution. I have gratitude for all who did this. Hey- my home's climate is great now. And it didn't change the appeal of my home!

Here's where Elite AC/Plumbing shines: they investigate and then give you a QUOTE. Not the silly "estimates" you get from lesser companies. Pros know, and I actually paid for the exact amount the pros at Elite quoted.

Homeowners? Don't walk but RUN to Elite Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Please consider their annual service contract. Small dollars and you will ALWAYS be remembered. Come rain or shine or freeze or extreme heat.

Last but not least: Kyle-You and your co-ownership at Elite helped me calm my panic. And here's the fun thing: I did have a couple of the "other guys" in for "estimates". HA! As soon as they saw that I was your customer they declined to bid. Why? Because Elite Air Conditioning and Plumbing is unmatched. Even the "big" competitors know it!

I cannot possibly say enough good things about these guys. I was changing out my smart thermostat, and my system quit working. I couldn't figure out for the life of me what was going on, and because I had no thermostat to connect to my HVAC unit, my house had no AC in the hot central Texas summer. I called a bunch of places, and many of them were booked two to three weeks out. These guys on the other hand, had someone available the next day, and their prices were far more reasonable than everyone else. When the day came, Antonio (the repair man) gave me a call and said that he had a couple cancellations and he was available right away. I happened to be at home, so I said he could come directly over. He showed up, smiled, was very professional, and showed me exactly what was wrong with my AC unit. He did something in 15 minutes that I couldn't figure out how to fix over the course of 6 hours, and not only that, but he also showed me some things I really needed to know about my house.

Antonio also charged me a lower amount than I was quoted at, because my job was such a simple fix. Everything I experienced, the professionalism, the honesty, the friendliness, the fairness in price and the promptness showed me that these guys are definitely worth going to again. I highly recommend them!

I cannot speak highly enough about Elite Plumbing. This is now the 3rd time I’ve used their services, and once again, they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations. From start to finish, the experience has always been smooth, professional, and thorough.

Our experince with Elite Air was wonderful. We had struggled with our home Air Conditioning situation for years. Our bills were sky high and our unit did not work efficiently. We called Elite Air and Kyle Bacon was amazing! He was full of information and experience. Kyle came to our house and did a VERY thorough evaluation of our system and the duct work. He offered different options for us knowing that our money was tight. We chose to get a new unit, new reconfigured duct work and new air intake vents. We have lived in this house for 7 years and our AC has never been this COOL and our bills this LOW .... even on 100 degree days here in Austin! I cannot say enough good things about the entire process. The job was finished ahead of schedule. The men worked so hard to get it done and I hardly new they were here each day. They also left my house spotless each time they left. I have been recommending Elite Air to all of my friends and will continue to do so. There are NO games or gimmicks....just good HONEST service and communication! THANK YOU ELITE AIR! We are HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

Leaving a five star review in the hopes that you’ll take your extremely annoying ad off the air and replace it with something reasonable. Your commercial makes you sound annoying and disingenuous. I can tell you guys have a great company but I genuinely hate the music in your ad, and find it incredibly annoying. It’s a terrible ad. Please stop making us hear this horrible attempt at music. I’ve been playing music since for 23 years, and I’m 29 and I can say that this ad is objectively offensive to the senses. Please stop, for the love of god. Replace it with something like actual real customer testimonials or Jesus, let Bob announce your company on 93.7. I would be 1,000 times more likely to use your company if you would just let Bob handle this. This commercial is likely pissing people off to the point where they don’t even want to hear your company name (I’m sorry for the overly callous nature of my review), however, heck, it’s five stars. Please, please oblige me. That song is so annoying and awful. Whoever recorded this should quit music

We wanted a new central air system for our house and after doing some online comparisons of the several Trane dealers in the area, we settled on two businesses to consider. Herman, Elite’s service technician, did an evaluation of our house and was informative, cordial, and knowledgeable about AC & heating systems. He did not try to sell us more than we needed. When his offer came in $536 less than the other dealer’s offer for a system with identical components, we decided to give Elite our business.
We could not be more pleased with the installation process and our new system. The installation technicians, Marcus and Santos, were competent, polite, and professional. They were glad to answer any questions and did a beautiful job with the installation and cleanup. As they were finishing, Herman came by to see that everything had gone as planned and made sure we were satisfied and comfortable with the system’s operation.
We will definitely be doing business with Elite for the maintenance of our central air system in the future.

A/C went out earlier this week, and Greg was my service tech. He was on time for scheduled appt, called ahead to let me know on his way, and one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and personable folks I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

He started troubleshooting right away and worked diligently to determine precisely what was causing my outage. After replacing several components in the process of elimination, it was determined that the 19 year old unit was indeed done for good. Greg promptly got on the phone to get my unit replaced as quickly as possible.

While he's on a much deserved break this Saturday morning, I trust him when he says his #1 crew of Angel & Hector will provide the same high level of service that he would. Fingers crossed I've got a working A/C when I update y'all about the installation!

Update: Angel, Frank, and Kevin arrived on-time and got to work straight away! They've given me an estimate of 3 hours, so here's hoping for a nice and cool Caturday afternoon!

but Calvin from Elite HVAC in Austin saved me last night - it warrants a 5 super star review.

I had just returned from a 3 month international trip on September 6th my AC was not working and my house was HOT. I called a list of people at 5:30 pm looking for someone to help me in my new home in Austin. ( I never had AC issues living in NYC with window units!)

Calvin called and said he could be to me around 8pm - it would be his last job of the day. He arrived friendly and in a good mood ( even on a Friday night after a long week of work ). It was a tricky case but he was dedicated to finding the issue - a pesky wire - brain strain but he did it and was determined to get my AC cool so I could have a good nights sleep. He returned Saturday morning just to make sure all was working and that I was happy. I am impressed at his expertise and customer service. What a great outcome to a Hot situation. Well done Calvin and Elite HVAC Austin. Thank you.

Evan is the BEST! Last night, I had a real emergency. I have a rental property that has been on the market for a long time and I had a very last-minute showing for 9 o’clock this morning. I went to check out my property and it was 93°! My AC was totally out, it was Sunday night at 6 pm, and I called six companies before I found elite. Evan came within an hour and was able to fix it. It wasn’t even an easy fix. It was a very weird problem and he did it in a pitch black dark! By 1030 last night it was solved and I went there this morning 20 minutes before the realtor arrived and it was a cool 71°. Three cheers for Evan!!!! Also, So many companies have an after hours operator that never calls you back or calls you the next day, which is no help for an emergency service, but they literally called back within 10 minutes with a real technician. I will totally use elite again and again!
